OUR BUYERS RECEIVE REBATES - UP TO 1.5%

0.5% REBATE View up to 50 homes with a GTG realtor, sign a contract within 180 days.
1.0% REBATE View up to 25 homes with a GTG realtor, sign a contract within 60 days.
1.5% REBATE Sign a sales contract on the first home viewed with GTG realtor.

*Rebates are over and above any builder or seller incentives on new or resale homes. Rebate percentage is calculated on sale price.*

BUYER RULES AND DETAILS

  • Buyer will pre-qualify with a lender or provide proof of funds for a cash purchase.
  • Buyer will complete, sign, and return all forms and agreements.
  • GTG will provide any and all information to buyer regarding new and resale homes available that are within the buyer's pre-qualification limit.
  • Buyer will contact GTG to schedule showings for any/all resale homes buyer wishes to see inside.
  • Buyer can drive by any or all resale homes provided by GTG on their own if they choose, but will contact GTG to coordinate showing the property inside.
  • GTG will accompany buyer to any/all new home communities and model homes if buyer chooses. Buyer can visit any/all new home communities and model homes without GTG, but will announce to any/all builders that they are represented by GTG.

GTG will pay buyer 0.5% of the sales price of a new / resale home if

  • builder/seller agrees to compensate GTG at least 3% of the sales price,
  • GTG has accompanied buyer to 50 resale homes and/or builders or less,
  • 180 days or less have passed from the time buyer has completed, signed, and returned all forms,
  • GTG is present to assist buyer in writing and negotiating the contract.

GTG will pay buyer 1.0% of the sales price of a new/resale home if

  • builder/seller agrees to compensate GTG at least 3% of the sales price,
  • GTG has accompanied buyer to 25 resale homes and/or builders or less,
  • 60 days or less have passed from the time buyer has completed, signed, and returned all forms,
  • GTG is present to assist buyer in writing and negotiating the contract.

GTG will pay buyer 1.5% of the sales price of a new/resale home if

  • builder/seller agrees to compensate GTG at least 3% of the sales price,
  • GTG has not previously accompanied buyer to any new or resale homes,
  • GTG is present to assist buyer in writing and negotiating the contract.

    ETC.

    The buyer will be notified in advance of any builder/seller who is not willing to compensate GTG (as a "buyer's agent") at least 2%. The buyer can then choose to have GTG show the buyer that property or not. In the event that this builder/seller does not agree to compensate GTG at least 2% of the sales price, and the buyer chooses to have GTG show their property, buyer agrees to compensate GTG up to 2% of the sales price if the buyer would purchase that property. In this case the total compensation to GTG from the builder/seller and the buyer will not exceed 2%.

     

    If the buyer purchases a home without GTG, or 180 days have passed since the buyer completed, signed, and returned all forms, buyer agrees to compensate GTG $500 for their time spent with the buyer.

     

    GTG will negotiate up to 3 contracts on the buyer's behalf.
