BUYER REBATES

Our buyers receive rebates on NEW as well as pre-owned homes! Our buyers receive a percentage of our buyer's agent commission in substantial cash rebates based on how much time we spend finding you the right home. These rebates are in the thousands and most typically are 1% of the sales price, sometimes more, rarely less. Why would we share a portion of our commission?

Quite simply, we are paid very well to help you find a home, rebates demonstrate our sincere goal to put your best interests ahead of ours, our buyers enthusiastically refer their friends and coworkers to GTG, and as a consumer myself I love to hear the sound of the word "rebate." SELLER SAVINGS

  When we list your home we provide full service for a fraction of the cost compared to full service for “full commission.” As you know, there is no “standard” or “fixed” commission schedule for sellers. Many agents still seek 6% or 7% from the seller, with the total usually split equally between the listing agent and the buyer’s agent. We simply require less as the listing agent because we have found that we normally spend “X” amount of time on a listing from start to finish and our time is worth “Y” if you will. We have two programs for seller savings: The “SuperSaver” which has some degree of risk for the seller but maximum savings, and the “FourStar” which is 4% total with 1% for GTG and 3% for the buyer’s agent. The Market Snapshot and MLS Search options above are very good, but do not give you the option of searching on every field kept in the MLS database. We can search almost everything you can think of including location, price, beds, baths, garage (2 car, 3 car, etc), pool – no pool, acreage, age of home, type of home (single family, condo, townhome, mobile, etc), stories, etc. These searches are easy to set up and can be perpetual so that you receive via email any listing new to the market that meets your search criteria.
