SELLER SAVINGS
When we list your home we provide full service for a fraction of the cost compared to full service for “full commission.” As you know, there is no “standard” or “fixed” commission schedule for sellers. Many agents still seek 6% or 7% from the seller, with the total usually split equally between the listing agent and the buyer’s agent. We simply require less as the listing agent because we have found that we normally spend “X” amount of time on a listing from start to finish and our time is worth “Y” if you will. We have two programs for seller savings: The “SuperSaver” which has some degree of risk for the seller but maximum savings, and the “FourStar” which is 4% total with 1% for GTG and 3% for the buyer’s agent.
